ApproachIntroduction

We help our FDA/EMEA/HPB regulated customers meet the multifunctional needs of their controlled documentation supply chain. We aim to exceed our customers' compliance expectations by using high integrity and proven technologies together with knowledge-based services that help to install and maintain industry best practices.

Once we understand your current situation and the solution you are trying to achieve, we jointly put together a project plan, which includes objectives and tangible measurable benefits. We have the necessary flexibility to develop a relationship with customers based on their immediate needs and expand, as required, over time. Addressing immediate needs rapidly provides gains in the areas of productivity increase and/or compliance control. As an example, a client may look for a solution to improve the management of its SOP process. Although SOLABS’ GxP suites have the functionality and flexibility to handle workflow lifecycles for multiple document types across the enterprise (standard operating procedures, study reports, training records, CoAs and Specifications, change control, master production documentation, etc.), SOLABS would develop a targeted project proposal and ROI based exclusively upon this client’s SOP initiative.

SOLABS’ Continuous Improvements approach, as illustrated below, helps you have confidence that benefits will be realized because:

  • communication is clear;
  • expectations are clear;
  • commitments are clear.

This loop in SOLABS’ approach illustrates that we could, for instance, help a client manage its SOP process electronically in the first year of our relationship, and the second year would involve other controlled documentation processes. Speed to market is a key issue in the pharmaceutical industry and SOLABS recognizes the need to move at the pace that best suites the customer’s requirements.
