Mr. Fecteau has some 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining SOLABS, he was Senior Vice-President of Confab Laboratories, a cGMP contract manufacturing organization (CMO) located in Canada.
Prior to Confab, he was Vice-President and general manager of Invensys Validation Pharmaceutical Solutions, a company of Invensys plc. Under his leadership, the company saw its operation quadruple in size in less than 5 years.
As CEO, Mr. Fecteau brings valuable experience regarding business development, administration, and human resources' management, in addition to his deep knowledge of GxP environments. Mr. Fecteau earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from l'École Polytechnique de Montréal in Canada. He is a member of Quebec's OIQ engineering Association, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and graduate from executive business school at McGill (Management) and Queen's University (Finance).

Philippe Gaudreau
COO (Founder)
As SOLABS' COO, Mr. Gaudreau is responsible for overseeing the company's internal operations with regard to the development of the company's products and services to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. He is responsible for directing SOLABS service/technology offering in the R&D and manufacturing portion of the FDA/EMEA/HPB regulated industries. Mr. Gaudreau is also in charge of the financial operations for SOLABS.
Prior to founding SOLABS (formerly Norsoft Technologies inc.) Mr. Gaudreau worked in three different start-up companies (Johnson Diagnosys, Biothermica and Dasha H20). This experience gave him valuable knowledge of the success drivers of such enterprises. Mr. Gaudreau earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Laval University in Quebec, Canada. He is a member of Quebec's OIQ engineering Association. Mr. Gaudreau completed the level II of the CFA program in 2005.
As CTO at SOLABS, Mr. Do manages all software development activities and oversees SOLABS' internal quality assurance strategy. Mr. Do directs the company's development plans and delivery of complete technical solutions for SOLABS' customers. Mr. Do ensures that SOLABS proposes needs-oriented solutions, based on leading-edge technology that can be marketed to the company's customers worldwide.
Before joining SOLABS, Mr. Do occupied functions in major telecommunication projects at both Nortel Networks and Marconi Communications from which he acquired strong knowledge in object-oriented design and analysis, technology used by SOLABS in developing software systems. Mr. Do also learned to manage R&D software projects while respecting quality concepts, which is essential in targeting pharmaceutical organizations with a technological offering.
Mr. Do earned his Electrical Engineering degree from Sherbrooke University in Quebec, Canada. He is a member of Quebec's OIQ engineering Association.
