SOLABS offers a wide range of technical services. Our technical department offers level 2 support to our customers thought our help desk dedicated to providing users with assistance for specific problems. Our team of software experts works closely with customers to assure that issues are solved in a prompt matter (usually within 48 hours).

We aim to exceed in terms of service and support by assuring a certified service on which our customers can rely on.
