SOLABS GxP addresses security on multiple fronts :
User Authentication through Single Sign-on
User authentication is done using the standard username and password combination of your corporate network. This built-in directory integration lowers system administration time and reduces the security risks linked with having to manage multiple user passwords for different systems.
System Access and Privileges
Accesses to the SOLABS GxP web pages are limited to users that are part of one or more roles that have been given access to the system. Users and roles can be configured easily.
Encryption
SOLABS GxP supports a standard Web-based systems method of encryption (ssl).
Additional Miscellaneous Features
- Configurable user session timeouts;
- User de-activation after a predefined number of unsuccessful password attempts;
- Provides a generic solution to request e-signature;
- Logged-on user name is displayed on screen at all time.
