Where does SOLABS GxP fit?

SOLABS GxP includes functionalities that are directed towards managing controlled processes, documentation and records. It can exist as a stand alone system or serve as a compliance portal to a wider document management system such as that provided by Filenet, Documentum, SharePoint or OpenText. SOLABS GxP interfaces with all these systems, enhancing your investment in them. See the illustration below.

Notes regarding the above illustration:

1. As a stand alone option, components annotated with the number ‘1’ would be involved in the system deployment*
2. As a compliance portal, SOLABS GxP is integrated with the enterprise applications e.g., Filenet, SharePoint or Documentum (see number ‘2’ annotation).

* The Directory Server is displayed since SOLABS GxP uses credentials (username + password) from the corporate network (e.g. Windows Server) to authenticate users.
